Eager to work "hands-on" with campus grounds crew with the interest of learning Grounds and Landscaping maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once properly trained. Ability to show up on time and possess a good work ethic. Previous landscaping work experience helpful. Health and Safety is always a work performance guideline.

Planting and landscaping care. Raking and weeding of campus grounds. Using the portable leaf blower. Assist with vehicle maintenance and campus moves. Picking up campus rubbish. Under appropriate supervision learn the operation of ride on wide area mowers. Empty trash bins in offices, classrooms, and public spaces; clean men and women restrooms (includes scrubbing toilets); sweep,dust and dust mop classrooms and common areas; vacuum carpeted areas; dry, damp, and or wet mop floors; wash windows; polish stainless steel items; move furniture. After training and under supervision, operate scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
