Qualifications

We are recruiting for program arrival dates in January and February 2026, and departure dates are no sooner than May 2026.

This unique internship offers a starting rate of $18 per hour. With program lengths that range from 4 to 8 months (with potential to extend up to one year), you have the chance to fully experience, study, and create the Disney magic. It is also a phenomenal opportunity to network with Disney leaders and explore potential opportunities after your program such as program extensions, additional internships, full-time roles, and more.

If selected to participate, you will select your arrival and departure dates as part of the acceptance process.

Detailed eligibility requirements can be found here and below is an overview of the eligibility requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of application

  • Currently enrolled and taking classes OR have graduated from an accredited United States* college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date• Possess unrestricted work authorization within the United States*

  • Be open to a starting pay rate of $18 per hour

  • Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime• Be receptive to complying with the Disney Look appearance guidelines

  • Students who have not yet graduated from high school but have dual enrollment with a college are not eligible to apply

  • Select candidates will be invited to a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter.

  • If you receive and accept an offer, you will be required to pay a non-refundable Program Participation Fee within 7 days of your program offer date.

  • A non-refundable Housing Fee is then due 3-weeks prior to your arrival date for participants using onsite housing at Flamingo Crossings Village.

  • You will have awareness of your role 4-weeks prior to your arrival date when you are invited to complete company onboarding documents. About a week prior to your program arrival date, you will receive confirmation of your role placement. Keep in mind, role placement is always subject to change at any time based on business need.

Duties

The Disney College Program offers various roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs. No matter where they work, every participant has the chance to study, experience and contribute to the magic.

Work Schedule

Sun-Sat; all hours. Participants could work the equivalent of a full-time schedule.

Participants must have full work availability, which includes working days, nights, weekends and holidays and must also be flexible to work any time of day, including early morning or after midnight.
